Ingredients
3 Cans of Tinned fish - Preferably in a silver tin in olive oil, different varieties.
Gherkins (smaller cocktail size)
Pickled (whole) white baby onion
1 Freshly chopped onion, cubes
1 Green chili, cubed fine
2 tbsp Coriander, chopped
Green olives
Olive oil
Butter, shaped or a small bowl of butter
1 long, fresh baguette
Lemon Sea salt flakes
Fresh black pepper
Method
Slice the baguette, or bread - breaking some pieces for texture and styling.
Arrange pickles into small containers, or mini bowls (can use egg cups too for aesthetic).
Shape the butter, or add into a container.
Skewer the olives with Pickled onion and Gherkins using wooden skewers.
Decant canned fish into bowls.
